Greetings, I'm Jeff Christianson, your Dean of Biblical Counseling. I am called to counsel and equip others to do the same.
I am deeply passionate about Jesus, education, and pastoral ministry. I hold a Bachelor’s in Biblical Studies and a Master of Arts in Practical Theology, both of which have laid a strong foundation for my journey in serving the community.
Currently, I have the privilege of serving as the pastor of Calvary Chapel in the picturesque Glenwood Springs, Colorado. In addition to pastoral duties, I am privileged to wear the hat of the President of the International Association of Biblical Counselors, where I am committed to advancing the principles of biblical counseling.
God calling  to equipping others led me to establish and serve as the Dean of Biblical Counseling at the Biblical Counseling Academy. Here, we prayerfully provide transformative equipping for those seeking to make a difference in the lives of others through counseling.
Beyond these roles, I find fulfillment as an adjunct professor at Horizon University and Calvary Chapel University. Sharing knowledge and shaping future leaders is a calling I embrace with enthusiasm.
To further connect with a wider audience, I host the Biblical Counseling Podcast, a platform where insightful conversations unfold to inspire and guide others in their journey of faith and counseling.
In my personal life, I am blessed to be married with four wonderful children. Family is at the heart of everything I do, and their unwavering support fuels my passion for ministry, education, and the pursuit of biblical truth.
