Before proceeding, please read and acknowledge the following agreement between you and BCA:

✅ We won’t waste your time. Every assignment, every reading, every video is intentional and focused on equipping you to counsel God’s way.
✅ We won’t overload you with what you don’t need — no unnecessary fluff, no endless theory without application.
✅ We’ve compiled everything you need in one place — no hunting and pecking through the internet trying to figure it out yourself.
✅ We will pray for you, support you, and challenge you as you grow.
✅ We will speak the truth in love, even when it’s hard, and hold fast to the Word of God.
Your Commitment to Us
- Don’t jump ahead. Follow the Student Success Path as it is designed, step by step, in order.
- Make it a point to make regular progress. Don’t ghost us. Don’t go stagnant. Stay connected and stay accountable.
- Show up. We want to see you in our Zoom fellowships, engaging with the material and the community.
- Be teachable and humble. Be ready to let God’s Word correct and refine your heart.
IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: We can give you biblical education, encouragement, and equipping — but there are things only God can give: the gifting, the calling, and the fruit of your ministry. That’s His prerogative. We also cannot guarantee IABC certification. Certification depends on your character references, theological alignment, background check, and IABC’s independent evaluation — things outside our control. What we can promise is to equip you faithfully and guide you to the best of our ability, trusting God with the results.
