Pop-up Virtual Summit 2025

A Timely, Spirit-Led Gathering for Pastors, Pastors' Wives, Leaders, and Called Soul Care Ministers

Rooted in Romans 12:2.

In the Lord’s providence, this summit comes to you as a pop-up event — a short-notice, Spirit-led moment designed for those who can adjust their schedule and step into a focused time of equipping. “A man’s heart plans his way, but the LORD directs his steps.” (Prov. 16:9 NKJV)

Over three days from Thursday evening to Saturday morning, we’ll gather online to seek the renewing work of God’s Word and the empowering of His Spirit for biblical soul care.

Though it arrives quickly, this pop-up summit carries the blessing of freshness, expectancy, and timely ministry — the kind of gathering where the Lord often speaks with unusual clarity (John 3:8).

Why This Pop-up Summit?

We live in a generation overflowing with secular models and short-lived solutions. But the local church is called to shepherd God’s people with the unchanging truth of Scripture and the life-giving power of the Holy Spirit.

Whether you are a pastor leading the flock or a believer sensing the call to disciple and counsel, this pop-up format gives you a unique, focused opportunity to grow without the long lead-time of traditional conferences.

What You’ll Experience

  • Deep, practical teaching focused on the renewing of the mind (Romans 12:2 NKJV).
  • Clarity for pastors and leaders seeking to build strong, Scripture-centered soul care ministries.
  • Encouragement and equipping for lay counselors, disciplers, and ministry volunteers.
  • Real-life stories of transformation and ministry impact through Scripture-centered counseling.
  • Live interactive Q&A sessions with ministry leaders, tailored to your ministry challenges.
  • Connection with a community passionate about biblical counseling and soul care.

A Message From Our President Jeff Christianson

Like you, and the rest of humanity, I learned how to rely upon my own sufficiency through my earliest experiences in life. It was natural. The humanistic worldview teaches that for humankind to make a way for himself in the world he is called to do what he can do and be what he can be. He is the captain of his own destiny and what he makes of himself will be his lot in life. We are all familiar with the kingdom of man.

The kingdom of heaven resembles very little of the kingdom of men. It’s an entirely different worldview. Jesus said, “My kingdom is not of this world” (John 18:36).We are reminded that His ways are not our ways and His thoughts are not our thoughts; they are higher than the heavens are above the earth (Isaiah 55:8). In God’s kingdom, we are called upon to learn to live by the sufficiency of God rather than the sufficiency of man.

I love what Paul wrote in 2 Corinthians 1:12, “For our boasting is this: the testimony of our conscience that we conducted ourselves in the world in simplicity and godly sincerity, not with fleshly wisdom but by the grace of God, and more abundantly toward you.”

The apostle Paul conducted himself in godly sincerity; a sincerity that did not come out of fleshly wisdom. Think of his ministry. He ministered throughout the world, traveling and sharing the word of God. The wisdom of man would be insufficient for such a mighty work. According to 2 Corinthians, the whole of Paul’s ministry occurred by the grace of God. Godly living comes only by the grace of God and we who believe are called to live godly lives.

It is my prayer that God would affect our hearts and lives as we explore Counseling Life’s Most Difficult Issues, and that you will discover Christ’s sufficiency for godly living.

This Summit Is For You If…

  • You’re a Pastor or Ministry Leader — seeking to shepherd with wisdom fully grounded in the sufficiency of Scripture rather than psychology or secular methods.

  • You have a Heart for Biblical Counseling — eager to help others apply God’s Word and rely on the Spirit’s power for lasting change.

  • You’re Considering Becoming a Certified Biblical Counselor — embracing the biblical truth that every believer is called and equipped to minister soul care.

  • You’re a Disciple Maker or Small Group Leader — passionate about fostering Spirit-led transformation within their communities.

  • You’re a Student of the Word — longing for renewed minds and deeper intimacy with Christ through the power of Scripture and the Spirit.

  • You’re Involved in Church Ministry or Christian Education — wanting to align their approach with a biblical model that emphasizes Scripture’s sufficiency, Spirit empowerment, and relational discipleship.

Why a Pop-Up Format?

Because sometimes the Lord opens a door of ministry on short notice, and those who can respond step into something meaningful (Acts 16:6–10).

A pop-up summit means:

  • Short notice, simple structure, and high impact.

  • Accessible online — no travel, no lodging, no complicated planning.

  • Perfect for those who value flexibility and can set aside time as the Lord leads.

  • Focused, Scripture-saturated teaching without the heaviness of a full conference.

  • A low-pressure, high-encouragement environment where the Spirit often ministers in timely ways (Heb. 10:24–25).
